Call for 2017 Annual Conference Program Proposals

Hello LLAMA members!

As the chair of LLAMA’s Program Committee, I’m proud to support LLAMA’s tradition of providing high quality programs on a wide range of topics related to library leadership and management.

But we couldn’t do it without the participation of our members, so I am inviting you to submit a program proposal for the 2017 ALA Annual Conference in Chicago.

This year, we are especially interested in proposals that relate to LLAMA’s new Foundational Leadership Competencies that were approved by the LLAMA Board of Directors this year.  Information about the competencies is available here.

Program proposal forms and details are available here.

Please send your completed forms to me no later than October 31 for the Program Committee’s review.

By the way, If you sent a placeholder proposal shortly after the conference in Orlando, now is the time to send in your completed form. If you sent a proposal already – thank you!

Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.

Cheers!

Anne
