LLAMA Webinar Explores Time Management for New Managers

In that case, It may be time for a time management overhaul!   The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “Time Management for New Managers,” on May 20, at 1:30-3:00 PM (Central time).Participants in this webinar will learn:

  • ·        How to apply basic time management techniques to their own schedules
  • ·        About basic project management resources
  • ·        New ways to effectively delegate tasks
  • ·        How to recognize when to say no and learn tips on how to do so.
