New Issue of LL&M Available

The new issue of Library Leadership & Management (LL&M), volume 26, no. 2, 2012, is now available.  The URL to link directly to this issue is http://journals.tdl.org/index.php/llm.  The PDF links to each article are to the right of the title and author information.

Within the issue you will find President Janine Golden’s last message reflecting on her term as LLAMA President, several feature articles, and several columns to offer a new perspective.  The Editor’s Column talks about a new experience and opportunity we had in exploring how to address errata effectively, in a way that takes advantage of our online-only environment.

Our peer reviewed article this month looks at the variations that come in library job advertisements incorporating marketing skills and responsibilities.  Our feature articles speak to the next generation of leaders, presenting work from LLAMA’s Emerging Leaders group project, information about the evolving LLAMA Mentoring Program, and the annual interview with the incoming ALA President, Maureen Sullivan, again a past LLAMA (or LAMA as it was then) President.

Our columns include thoughts an advice on being prepared by developing a disaster manual and tips on things to consider before saying “yes” to serve so that you know what you are getting yourself into.

We hope you enjoy the issue. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
