LAMA Dialog with Directors Discussion Group at ALA Midwinter
Topic: Staff motivation and “buy-in”

We will explore a couple topics, such as how to keep staff motivated and how to “get buy-in” from staff for new projects or changes. We conclude each meeting with a chance for participants to ask any question of the administrators present. Topics often addressed include switching jobs, preparing for management, or other staffing concerns.

If you are a manager, administrator, director, dean, or other supervisor, please let Brian Gray know if you can attend at bcg8@case.edu. It guarantees to participants that those with experience be present to share advice and answer questions.
