New issue of LL&M now available

Greetings LLAMA Members,
The new issue of Library Leadership & Management (LL&M), volume 25, no. 3, 2011, is now available.
The URL to link directly to this issue is
http://journals.tdl.org/index.php/llm
The PDF links to each article are to the right of the title and author information.
Within the issue you will find a President’s Message from the new LLAMA President Janine Golden and a peer-reviewed article on library performance metrics. Our feature articles include one that looks at library organizational practices in managing web projects and a commentary that challenges you to think about the relationship between leadership style and organizational acceptance of innovation in a different way.
Our columns in this issue feature Julie Todaro answering questions about a topic where she is a clearly recognized expert, mentoring, and a new column titled New Perspectives on Leadership. In this column, we have an author whose story inspires and clearly demonstrates that one does not need to be at the top, or even in the middle, to become a leader.
Finally, we are adding a news piece to inform you of upcoming continuing education opportunities available through LLAMA.
We hope you enjoy the issue. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
