Listening to the Customer: Using Assessment Results to Make a Difference

This valuable program reviews three different outcome-based assessment tools being successfully used by large and small universities and statewide public libraries. The program focus is on how the tools (i.e. outcomes assessment, LIB-QUAL and self-developed customer surveys, Balanced Score Card) are being used to make positive improvements in library services or programs based on the results of the assessment conducted.
