LEADS from LLAMA

LLAMA and its sections are evolving to meet the changing needs of members, and we need your talent and ideas!  Please volunteer for a division or section committee here: http://www.ala.org/cfapps/committee/volunteerform

When you login, you’ll see the opportunities available for LLAMA and any section to which you belong.  When you submit the form, it will be reviewed our division and section leaders, and you will then receive an email asking you to join the committee.  Appointments will be made through early June, but please apply early as committees may fill up. 

When you serve on a committee, you not only help LLAMA and your section, but you also develop leadership skills and build a professional network of colleagues.  We hope you’ll be part of the LLAMA’s leadership network in 2009 and beyond. 

Please note: because this is a new appointment system, you will need to complete this new volunteer form.  Past volunteer submissions will not be valid in the new database.
