LLAMA Webinar: Staff management – tips and tricks for getting buy-in
You’ve probably experienced it: you are eagerly sharing your enthusiasm for your library and its newest projects, and in return you see a confused or disengaged staff. But, it doesn’t have to be that way. The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “Staff management – tips and tricks for getting buy-in,” on Wed., Nov. 8, at 1:30 – 3:00 pm (Central time). This webinar will present tips on how to inspire staff, battle burnout, and put together a team of individuals as excited about their work as you are. Participants will learn the symptoms of staff disengagement, the main roadblocks to creating a happily motivated team, and proven solutions for a variety of situations.
This webinar will help participants increase their competency in team building – personnel, one of LLAMA’s 14 foundational leadership competencies.
