Latest issue of Library Leadership & Management now available

The latest issue of Library Leadership & Management is now available online at https://journals.tdl.org/llm/index.php/llm.

Volume 29, no. 3 of LL&M continues the theme of “Leadership in libraries.”  The peer-reviewed articles focus on fear of negative evaluation (FNE), transformational change at the University of Colorado Boulder libraries, putting together disaster and emergency plans, use of an outside facilitator in the creation of a strategic plan, and using a library impact map during the strategic planning process.  The feature article examines performance evaluations in libraries, and the columnists discuss constraints in libraries during the design process and marketing as an essential skill set.  Diane Broxvoort, LLAMA President, writes her last President’s Message in this issue.
