Join the discussion as we explore how managers and supervisors must conduct business to be responsive to the differences and needs of younger/newer librarians working along side existing experienced staff. We will continue the success of the Midwinter discussion by focusing specifically on the interactions between various levels of experience, productivity, and creativity. We will try to discover the optimal environment.

If you are a director, dean, manager, or other administrator and can attend, please let me know at bcg8@case.edu. I like to guarantee a variety of experienced professionals attend to share their expertise and experiences with everyone else.
