ALA Annual Program – The Balanced Scorecard: The Results Please

The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an organizational tool enabling library management to develop a methodology focusing on customers, understanding their needs and demands for library services, and demonstrating accountability for using public funds. The BSC provides library management with supporting data needed to implement decisions.

Presenters will provide an overview of the BSC, and provide concrete examples on how BSC data impacted their decision making process.
