LLAMA sponsors fundraiser at Chicago’s famous Second City

Tickets are now available for “A Night of Laughs at Chicago’s Second City,” presented by the Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 10, in conjunction with the annual conference of the American Library Association in Chicago.

Since 1959, The Second City has established itself as a Chicago landmark and a national treasure. Join LLAMA for a night of improvisational comedy at the theatre that launched the careers of such comic greats as Tina Fey, John Belushi, Mike Myers, Bill Murray, Gilda Radner and countless others. A portion of the ticket price will help support future LLAMA programming.

Tickets prices are $60 for ALA members and the general public and $40 for student members. They may be purchased online through the ALA Annual Conference website at www.ala.org/annual.
