LLAMA webinar explores how to deal with an underachieving employee

The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “One Bad Apple — strategies for dealing with the underachieving employee,” on Wed., Jan. 28, at 1:30 – 3:00 pm (Central time). This webinar will help managers and administrators understand the damage that can be done by under-performing employees, and will present strategies for minimizing and preventing the challenges and attrition that happen due to poor employee fit.
