The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “Methods for Digging Deeper: Examining Web Services through the Lens of Data-based Decision Making†on Wed.,  May 28, at 1:30 – 3:00 PM (Central time).
This webinar will discuss why it’s important to collect data about your web site and services, and how this data can create a foundation for assessment and improvement initiatives. Specific tools to be demonstrated will include Google Analytics and Loop11.
By the end of this webinar participants will:
- Understand specific principles and tools for web-based use testing
- Learn methods for conducting web site testing online
- Have a greater awareness of the role and usefulness of web analytics and the data it provides
- Understand how to apply web analytics data to discern success with web site interactions
